The day you stop learning as a fly fisher is the day you are done. A huge part of our philosophy as a fly shop is sharing our knowledge, whether it be as simple as the flies and spots to fish, water flow information and how to read it on into more detailed technical advice.
In and around the fly shop we have walking and talking encyclopedias of fly fishing knowledge (even though some of them talk in funny accents). Our "encyclopedias" have spent many years on the White, Norfork, and other Ozark waterways plus waters from across the US from Alaska to the Keys. Some have even fly fished on other continents!
Over the last few years, we have published a bunch of articles on hatches, fly fishing techniques, knots, and fly tying through the Ozark Fly Fisher Journal. Through the years, these articles have gotten lost so we collected them and put them all on our website so you can read and come back to them as you need!
